It’s an honor to hold the space for families and friends to remember and celebrate the lives of their deceased loved ones.
As a Celebrant Leader and Interfaith Minister, I’ve led ceremonies to honor both the living and those who’ve passed. Through the Celebrant Foundation and Institute, I have learned the myriad details involved in creating, and officiating at all types of ceremonies that mark our life transitions.
As a hospice volunteer, and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® through The Grief Recovery Institute (https://www.griefrecoverymethod.com), I am used to and comfortable working with those in grief, including people who’ve lost someone due to death, whether it was a natural death in old age, an untimely death, miscarriage, abortion, suicide, etc.
My philosophy is all-inclusive, honoring all people, races, cultures, religions, and beliefs.
I will craft a personalized celebration of life ceremony for your loved one, which is a truthful and kind representation of their life. I can suggest creative and meaningful ways to honor and celebrate your loved one’s life. You will have final approval of the ceremony.
My goal is to do what’s needed to create and lead a service with compassion and care, being sensitive to the varying needs of all those involved.
